Ethics Channel
Vitru Education is proud of its ethical, honest, transparent and respectful performances towards individuals and demands that these values be an integral part of the way our employees, students, partners, service providers and suppliers behave.
We count on the Ethics Channel, which is a tool made available to the general audience with the purpose of enabling the communication of possible breaches to our Code of Conduct, laws, policies, rules or to the values and principles defended by the Company.
The main pillars of the Channel are the confidentiality of information reported and from the rapporteurs, the receipt of reports by an independent external company, the investigation carried out by an independent area and our commitment to not retaliate against those who record reports in good faith.
Considering our deep connection with our audiences, Vitru Education reinforces the responsibility of each one to bring up questions or concerns that may eventually be known to them, by valuing our commitment to an honest and transparent business environment. If you suspect or is aware of acts that represent breaches, more than desirable, it is your duty to report it.
Important message to our students
The Ethics Channel and the Ombudsman have different purposes.
While the Channel is the way by which issues that may compromise transparency and integrity in business (fraud of any nature, favoring, harassment, human rights breaches, among others) must be addressed to, the Ombudsman, which is available to be accessed on the VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) or on the website of your Education Institution, is the way by which we capture and deal with compliments, complaints or suggestions about the academic and administrative aspects that affect our audiences.
